Hello Everyone!

Thank you for signing up for the Twisted Stock Meal Program. Please carefully read the following information to ensure your orders are properly received and delivered. 

Access: 
in order to gain access to the Meal Program's Online Ordering function, you will first need to sign up to be a member HERE

Deadline: 
Please submit your order by: Fridays at 12PM. 
If you have missed the deadline and are wanting meals please email contact@twistedstockcatering.ca OR call directly at 778.917.9161

Pick-Ups:
For those interested in picking up their meals, Pick up will be Sunday's and Wednesday's between
10am-11am. Pick-ups will be located at Unified Training Centre located at
11517 Kingston St, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 0Z5

Delivery:
Meals will be delivered between 11:30am-2pm. Please leave a cooler bag or re-usable bag outside your door for your meals. There is a $10.00 Delivery charge per week if you decide on a delivery option.

Pick-up/Delivery Notes:
If you are picking up both days, Order all week at once.
If you are getting delivery for both days, Order all week at once.
If you are picking up one day and delivering the second day, please place your orders separately

Online Ordering:
Every Saturday we will update the online ordering for the following weeks menu. Weekly ordering is done prior to the following Friday after the menu was posted. Pick up/Delivery options are single selected per week. If you select pick up you will be responsible for picking up your meal at the above location for both of the pick up days. Delivery is charged at check out and it is a single charge per week. If you decide to change from delivery to pick up or vise-versa please contact us ASAP and we will either credit you the $10.00 for a future order or charge you for the current order.

Payment Info:
Preferred payment can be made via e-transfer to twistedstockcatering@gmail.com
Alternatively you can also pay via credit/debit on our check out page.
but if possible please pay via e-transfer.
All prices include GST. Payment is due upon ordering. If you would prefer to pay cash, please make a note on your order. Once your payment has been received you will be contacted to confirm your order for the upcoming week. 

Recycling:
All of the containers Twisted Stock uses are re-usable, recyclable or in some cases bio-degradable. we are happy to accept the return of any used containers. Please rinse them thoroughly or clean them prior to returning. We are able to sterilise and sanitise the containers prior to reusing them if they are in good shape, If they are not please discard the container via appropriate measures. Please leave them out when you are expecting your delivery or bring them to the pick up point and we would be happy to collect them.
